Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced level 1 and level 3 Accredited Service Providers (ASP's) for the Design and Construction of existing substation augmentation for Cooke Park Power Upgrade and associated works. The contract includes:
Review of Design Information Pack as included with the tender documents
Develop and complete detailed level 3 design for the substation works including removal of existing pad mount 1000 kva substation 70-68310 with new 1500kva 3 phase substation.
Submit detailed design to Essential Energy for certification
Supply all materials and labour required and undertake all construction works as required by the certified design
Complete new 630-amp 3 phase connection to the existing Parkes Shire Council Pavilion located within the site.
Final testing and commissioning to Essentials Energy standards
Restoration of all and any areas disturbed during construction
