An investigation into the workforce entry points within the Construction and Infrastructure sector.

The investigation would develop a system map of the multiple entry points to the construction and infrastructure sector, as well as the transitions from these points to the sector. All these points would then be populated by doing a complete scan of the existing options throughout New Zealand. From here, we are looking for recommendations for measuring the effectiveness of the different entry points at attracting and retaining people into careers in the construction and infrastructure sector.
