Baring Square East Re-Development Works Contract

The Ashburton District Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers for the Baring Square East Redevelopment main contract works.

The project comprises a general hard and soft landscaping redevelopment of the Baring Square East inside the area bounded by the footpath. The principal work is to reshape the Baring Square East Road that runs between Cameron and Havelock Streets.

The contract works includes the construction of all civil and services works, and associated landscape works for the project. This will include all associated siteworks, civil substructure, services, planting and finishes to leave the project area complete.
