NIWA is in the process of finalising its design for the redevelopment of its site at 231 Milton Street, Sydenham Christchurch and wish to shortlist suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractors to tender the project during the first quarter 2022. We’re seeking a contractor who can integrate with our wider team to successfully deliver the proposed NIWA development works.

This is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Registration for the NIWA Christchurch Milton Street Development contract opportunity.

This ROI is the first step in a multi-step procurement process. Following evaluation, shortlisted Respondent/s will be invited to submit a full proposal in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP). This document deals only with the first step i.e. the ROI process.
