Tender Description
KiwiRail invites prospective bidders to submit an offer for the supply of up to 35 yard shunt locomotives as described and in accordance with the details provided in the attachments. Please note that the supporting KiwiRail documents referenced in the Specification and the Draft Rolling Stock Asset Framework Agreement (and associated Draft Statement of Work 1) will only be released to Respondents upon execution of a Confidentiality Agreement (refer to Appendix 1 of the RFP Instructions document).
