Tender Description
Regional Procurement in association with EnergyAction will undertake a series of Reverse Auctions for the Supply of Electricity for Contestable Sites on behalf of Rous County Council.
1/ Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to register their intention to respond via the EnergyAction platform by the deadline 11.00 am Monday 10 October 2022.
2/ Auction specifications may be obtained from www.energyexchange.com.au
Responsibility for registration of intention to bid lies solely with the Bidder. Bid lodgement information is provided in the 'Invitation to Bidders' document attached to this notice. Regional Procurement is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid submitted. A series of reverse pricing auctions will be held by EnergyAction following the close of the auction registration period.
3/ Specific enquiries relating to the proposed contracts are to be posted on the Online Forum associated with this notice .
