Tender Description
Isaac Regional Council is seeking submissions for a full-service for the maintenance grading of unsealed network to maintain Council’s local road infrastructure.
In consideration of the best interests of the wider community, Council reserves the right to alter the scope of the works by either removing or adding items to suit budget availability and emerging community requirements throughout the delivery of the works. Due to the vast geographical area the works are offered in two (2) separate work packages.
• Respondents are invited to tender for the separate portions independently
• Council may award the work as separable portions to individual tenderers or award the entire package to a single respondent
Tenderers are required to clearly demonstrate within their submission, details of backup resources to complete the various portions of works should they be successful in being awarded one OR multiple portions.
