From suitably qualified and experienced contractors for proposed construction works at Genesis Christian College, 12-16 Youngs Crossing Rd, Bray Park QLD 4500.

The proposed works include:

- Construction of a new building comprising 8x General Learning Areas, Flexible Learning Areas, Student Reception, Administration, First Aid, Pastoral Care Offices, Future Pathways and Study Area and Amenities.

- Construction of an extension to an existing classroom building to house amenities.

- Construction of a new covered external area

- Associated demolition and external works

- Works to be constructed in three stages under a single contract

Contractors shall provide details of their experience in educational projects of a similar scale, their ability to service this project, and details of their financial status.

Tenders will be invited during October-November 2022 for an anticipated commencement of construction works in January 2023 and completion by April 2024.
