Tender Description
The Toowoomba Escarpment Parks Upgrades (TEPU) project is a series of co-located economic development projects associated with nature based, outdoor recreation and tourism facilities across numerous Toowoomba escarpment parks/reserves.
The Picnic Point Parklands Masterplan Upgrade (PPP) is a major component of the TEPU program. The broad scope of the PPP includes replacement of Tobruk Amenities (building works) and various improvements to the area including Waterfall Gardens and Lions Park (including paths, landscaping, furniture, pedestrian & parking improvements and some minor building improvement works).
Council is now seeking to engage one (or more) suitable qualified contractor/s to undertake works that includes demolishing existing and constructing new amenities, undertaking landscaping works and associated works.
