Property Management - Leases and Licences

⁠⁠⁠Central Goldfields Shire Council (Council) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified businesses for the property management, lease and license completion and property occupancy policy review.

This piece of work is being offered in 3 separable portions:

Portion 1: Property Occupancy Policy

Portion 2: Lease and License Completion

Portion 3: Property Management Model

Tenderers are invited to submit a proposal on all, one or some combination of the portions.

Council own and/or manage a number of properties (both land and built structures) within the Shire. These properties are located either of Council freehold land or Crown land where, on behalf of the Victorian Government (DELWP), Council is appointed committee of management. There are also a small number of commercial leases.
