Demolition of the old clubhouse and changerooms at the northern end of the Narrandera Sportsground, which is a two storey building with a floor area of 100m2 on each level, plus a 50m2 timber deck with awning. The building contains some bonded asbestos as detailed within the asbestos management plan. Works are detailed in the accompanying documents.
Site inspection externally available as site is open to the public, with internal inspection will be via appointment with Project Manager only.
