Bristow Smith Reserve is located in Goolwa on Barrage Road, and adjoins a large public car park and the waterfront.
A request for an innovative design and construction of the toilet facility has been acknowledged, the current facility is considered to be at the end of its useful life.
The area is a premium location for visitors and water sport uses and the design of the new facilities should take into consideration the consistent high usage, visual and practical appeal that will be well received by the community.
Attached are some previous concept designs considered for the replacement of the existing facilities. These have a desirable aesthetic appeal and functionality, however all designs will be given full consideration that meet the budget
