Tender Description
The Proserpine Entertainment Centre (PEC) is an integral facility for the community within the greater Whitsunday Region. This project has been conceived to deliver a number of operational outcomes for the functional model of the facility.
Whilst this a new facility the operational model being adopted by Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) requires the following facilities, which will be Separable Portions in the Contract:
a) Separable Portion 1 - Storage area for the facility including a tech work area and soldering station
b) Separable Portion 2 - Box Office
c) Separable Portion 3 - Installation of parquetry flooring and dance floor to the theatre, and
d) Separable Portion 4 - Signage throughout the facility.
Council reserves the right to award this contract in whole or per Separable Portion above.
A non-mandatory Tender Briefing has been arranged for 10.00 am Wednesday 5th October 2022, meeting at Proserpine Entertainment Centre, 14 Main Street, Proserpine QLD 4802.
