⁠⁠⁠QUT is committed to enhancing contemporary AV solutions with emerging and transformative technologies with the aim of maintaining our status as a sector leader in the provisioning and management of learning and teaching capabilities.

QUT is looking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement with a Panel of suppliers (between 3 – 5) to provide AV goods and services (including installation). This tender seeks to identify possible supplier/s capable of providing high quality, cost effective, flexible and robust solution/s that:

• Support the University’s mission and goals
• Meet the strategic and operational requirements of the University
• Provide opportunities to set a sector leading standard for technology solutions in its learning and teaching spaces
• Enable the University to provide AV solutions in a fiscally responsible manner
• Develop a design catalogue to ensure and deliver uniformity and standards across the university. Examples of equipment used to create catalogue items includes AMX, Panasonic, Samsung, QSC and Bose amongst others.
