Tender Description
This Request for Tender (RFT) is to engage the market on behalf of LVRC seeking offers for the supply of a Building Condition Assessment and Maintenance Service Schedules.
Lockyer Valley Regional Council has many ageing facilities and does not have a current register of building condition assessments or defect assessments for planned maintenance and asset condition rating. A building condition assessment was undertaken to several of Council`s major facilities in 2009.
A select number of Council building and facilities were condition assessed in the 2021/22 Financial year. This project seeks to extend the record of the building condition assessments for Council’s buildings.
The Contractor will safely perform the duties to the satisfaction of LVRC as outlined within this RFT and in accordance with its Tender for a period to complete the works.
On completion of this project the following deliverables will be completed and provided to Council.
• Services will take place at the building locations as included in Section 5. Technical Requirements.
• Condition assessment report for each facility, provided that each building is separately identified in the report.
• The report shall include capital works forecast for the building as well as maintenance tasks that are forecast to be conducted at the site.
