Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) will be undertaking a Request for Proposal for the lease of the premises at 342B Sommerville Drive, Rottnest Island.
The Premises is located within the Heritage Place (no. 516) Thomson Bay Settlement, Wadjemup and listed on the Western Australian State Heritage Register.
The Premises is leased until 30 April 2023 and is currently used by the adjoining restaurant for storage. The Premises comprises an area of approximately 82 m2 and includes the following facilities:
- entrance;
- entrance lounge;
- change room;
- toilet;
- shower;
- two treatment rooms; and
- rear enclosed yard.
The Premises is situated in the main mall area, a prime and central location on the Island. This is an exciting Opportunity for an operator to provide an offering which is complimentary to the Island, will enhance the visitor experience and deliver a unique tourism offering.
