Tender Description
Council (Principal) in response to RFx307 requires the professional services of an experienced organisation for the printing and postage of Rates notices, instalment and reminder notices for our LGA.
The successful supplier will be responsible for the provision of services, including all materials, labour and other incidental expenses with an estimated eight (8) notice runs per year as outlined in the Specification Document.
The Contract will be for a term period of one (1) year with the option to renew the agreement for a further three (3) year period at the sole option of the Council in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFT.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a schedule of rates price basis in accordance with the tender pricing schedules herein. The Council makes no guarantee to the contractor regarding the volume of services required under this contract. All work will be on an “as required” basis during the contract term. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract.
The Respondents must complete the 'Schedule of Rates' instructions included in the document.
