Tender Description
Rio Tinto requires a local Pilbara based business for provision of heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning services (HVAC services) on a Master Services Agreement (MSA) basis. As and when requested by the Rio Tinto Company, the Supplier will provide HVAC Services and associated materials to service the Rio Tinto Company infrastructure predominantly at its coastal sites, on an as required basis. The HVAC services are inclusive but not limited to:
• Split system maintenance
• Vertical package units
• Large split ducted units
• Pressurization units
• Associated mechanical controls
• HVAC units
• Chiller maintenance
• Roof cassettes
• Water bubblers / safety showers/industrial Refrigeration
• Electrical work – dual trade min cert 3
• Parts supply
• Controller programming with inhouse capability demonstrated
