Tender Description
Sydney Metro requires a suitably experienced Service Provider to provide the Independent Estimator’s Services for the Eastern Tunnelling Package on the Sydney Metro West project.
The Service Provider is required to undertake Major Change Valuation Services, upon request of Sydney Metro, to assist Sydney Metro in the assessment of a Major Change Proposal on the Eastern Tunnelling Package. The Service Provider will also provide Dispute Resolution Services whereby the Tunnelling Contractor must refer IE Level Disputes (as defined in the ETP Deed) to the Independent Estimator for Determination. The Services are to be provided on an as-needs basis.
