Tender Description
The Sydney Opera House’s Environmental Action Plan 2020-23 includes an objective to maintain carbon neutral certification year on year and reduce electricity consumption by 20% (therefore carbon) compared to a 5 year (2008-2013) average baseline.
SOH has been certified carbon neutral by Climate Active since 2018. SOH is seeking to purchase Climate Active compliant carbon credits to 100% offset SOHs annual FY22 emissions profile. In doing so, SOH seeks to support the objectives of SOHs relevant community plans and align with the United Nations Global Goals including #13Climate Action, #15Life on Land, #10Reducing Inequalities.
