UNSW is seeking an experienced, qualified and high energy operator that will be able to put all the pieces of the puzzle together with this youthful demographic.
A dynamic and agile operator who understands the need and wants of the student demographic, consistently delivering a balance of popular and culturally diverse food that is authentic, complimenting a residential 'pastoral care' philosophy.
The continual rock steady consistency delivering good food must be sewn in the the fabric of the catering service to meet the divers demands of a new generation of students for healthy, approachable and authentic food in a sustainable environment.
