Venue Management Front of House Services

The Venue Management Unit is part of the City Life Division within the City of Sydney ("City").

The Venue Management Unit is responsible for the management of the Sydney Town Hall, Paddington Hall, Barnet Long Room and the LGA's parks and open spaces for activities such as special events, meetings, concerts and filming.

The City has had a Front of House ("FOH") Services contract in place since February 2010 when the Sydney Town Hall reopened following a major refurbishment.

The majority of demand for FOH services are related to the operation of the Sydney Town Hall, in particular the Centennial Hall which seats more than 2000 people over two levels. It is used for a variety of events, including concerts, meetings and catered events.

If you wish to propose changes to the General Conditions of Contract, this needs to be done prior to the closing date. Such proposed changes must be sent to the Procurement Representative via email no later than 5 business days prior to the Closing Date of the RFT. If any changes are accepted (whether wholly or in part) the amended General Conditions of Contract will be issued as an addendum to all tenderers.
