The Australian National University is issuing this Request for Tender (RFT) in order to seek tenders for products and services in relation to the ANU Graduation Day.
The University is looking to run a combined Graduation Day ceremony in late 2022 on a different scale than previous individual graduation ceremonies. ANU Graduation Day will bring together up to 10,000 people (graduands and their supporters) to celebrate their graduation.
The day will consist of three distinct activities; the Conferral Ceremony (for all students and their supporters), multiple Presentation of Awards ceremonies and two sittings of brunch.
The purpose of the approach is to identify suppliers with the capability to meet the University's wide ranging requirements to deliver the celebration as described in the attached documents.
