DHA is seeking suitable qualified contractors to join our Residential Maintenance Services Panel for various maintenance jobs in Sydney,NSW.
This tender only relates to residential housing maintenance/upgrade work including freestanding homes, strata units and townhouses or multi-dwelling complexes for the housing of Defence members in numerous maintenance areas across Australia. It does not include any industrial or commercial premises.
Appointment of successful Tenderers means that each successful Tenderer is required to enter into a Deed of Agreement with DHA which will place them on a panel to provide (upon receipt of a Maintenance Item from DHA from time to time) Residential Maintenance Services on any DHA property within the specific Maintenance Areas and Trades for which that Tenderer has been successful.
