Tender Description
The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) requires an off-the-shelf and scalable patient engagement application. This is initially required to be configurable and suitable for the needs of a diabetes pilot. The application is to be used to enhance patient engagement through capabilities including interactive data display and monitoring, automated messaging, sharing of tailored educational information, personalised learning pathways and bi-directional secure communication (messaging).
