Te Whatu Ora – Health NZ – Counties Manukau Botany Maternity Unit Stormwater Upgrade

This procurement relates to the purchase of main contractor services to undertake stormwater improvement works within the existing grassed areas surrounding the Botany Maternity Unit building. The key objective is to identify a supplier with the necessary experience and capability to deliver all of the contract works and in particular, the removal of ground moisture that heavily saturates the surrounding grounds including the underside of the building foundation, due to a low lying water table that exists.
