Request For Tender - Road Upgrade Shelly Beach Road Empire Bay.
Project: This contract is for the full road upgrade of Shelly Beach Road, Empire Bay. The works are funded by the Federal Government and have been split into two stages. Stage 1 (Separable Portion 1) involves the upgrade of the eastern half of the road (approx 300m) and is to be undertaken in the 2022/2023 financial year. Stage 2 (Separable Portion 2) involved the upgrade of the remaining 300m of the road and is to be constructed in the 2023/2024 financial year.
