Tender Description
The Springwood Street Road Upgrade Project is part of the Central Coast Roads Package, funded by the Australian Government. This package represents the outcomes of a Central Coast Council collaboration with state and federal government to identify community needs and deliver desired social outcomes. Priorities of the package are to provide new public spaces that are safe, accessible, equitable, functional and practical.
The road upgrade works at Springwood Street, Blackwall (NSW 2256), span a total of approximately 520m from the intersection of Gallipoli Avenue to the intersection of Wyalong Road and Dunmore Street. The works include the construction of watermain works, stormwater drainage upgrades, footpaths, kerb ramps, property accesses, bus stop pads, kerb and gutter, intersection upgrades, full road carriageway reconstruction and widening, street lighting upgrades, utility adjustments/interfacing, signage, pavement line marking, site restoration, landscaping, and all associated works.
Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
