The Opportunity - What we need

Scion are looking to replace its current Payroll system and are engaging the market to get an understanding of Payroll Management solutions that are available and suitable to deliver a quality service for an Agency of approximately 380 staff.

We are seeking a long-term relationship with solution providers who will support and collaborate with Scion into the future.

We want solutions that already have presence and uptake in New Zealand.

What we don’t want

We don’t want solutions that have not been proved for New Zealand businesses.

We do not consider the requirements as complex and are seeking standard, configurable solutions. We expect solutions will have sufficient maturity that our selection process will primarily entail choosing a solution and partner for best fit; adapting our organisations to maximise the use of standard (but configurable) features, avoiding solutions that would require significant customisation effort to implement.

What’s important to us?

Scion is seeking a solution and partner that will:

a) Provide us with a solution that is well regarded and well established in the New Zealand

marketplace.

b) Work with us to implement the solution quickly and efficiently.

c) Be supportive in the operation of their solution either in support or through a comprehensive

Payroll service.

d) Can extend and integrate with other systems which would meet requirements for a broader Human

Capital Management solution (HCM).
