Program Scheduler

⁠⁠⁠DHA is undertaking a significant Technology Refresh program with a focus on ensuring fit for purpose technology across all business areas.

We are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to join the project team for the Corporate Solution Program. This program has been established to implement new Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Knowledge Management and Contact Centre Management software. This role reports to the Corporate Solution Program Manager.

The Program Scheduler will:

• Collaborate with Program Manager and Project Managers to continually monitor and update programs and projects to ensure they are maintained, agreed milestones are met and resources are utilised effectively
• Formulate & develop advanced scheduling methodology that gives continual work flow for the overall work programs.
• Ensure the Master Schedule for the program / projects is maintained.
• Coordinate inter-project dependencies and resource allocation
• Assists in validating and tracking project delivery activities
• Ensure that scheduling operates in accordance with the management systems
• Collaborate with Program Manager and Project Managers to ensuring proper planning is completed prior to the commencement of work and creating schedules.
• Identify potential gaps or obstacles that may compromise the success of projects, trouble shoot and present appropriate strategies to overcome these obstacles
• Perform resource related analysis and generate insights and recommendation to address risks and issues regarding resource over-allocation and/or under-utilisation
• Provide governance for project-related scheduling and resource decisions
