Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified construction companies for construction of the Percy Street Stormwater and Pedestrian Infrastructure Upgrade project.
This project consists of the construction of a stormwater system across Cambridge Road and along Percy Street, in addition to pedestrian facility upgrades at Bellerive. A pre-tender meeting is scheduled for 10.30am on Wednesday 21 September 2022. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory.
Tender documents will be available from Monday 12 September 2022 from the Council Offices or by contacting Mark Painter on (03) 62179734 or mpainter@ccc.tas.gov.au.
Tender responses are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Confidential” with the description and Tender number (T1353/19) clearly marked on the envelope. Tenders will be received at the Council Offices, 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park Tasmania 7018 until 4.00pm on Wednesday 26 October 2022.
Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted. Late tender responses or tenders forwarded by e-mail will not be considered.
