Tender Description
Logan City Council (Council) would like to alert you that we will be approaching the market by open public tender for suppliers a suitably experienced and qualified respondent for the design, implementation, and delivery of Data Analytics, Customer Research and Insights.
Traditionally, Council has utilised its structured data made available from a business intelligence environment to understand and plan for its future. While this view does provide valuable insights, it does not provide insights into the customers experience and sentiment while engaging Council services.
To increase Council's capability to understand how customers interact with its services and build a deeper understanding about how its customers think and feel about its services, products, and brand, Council is seeking a suitable solution to capture and report this information.
Logan City Council are require real-time data derived from customer's interaction with Council across multiple channels.
Included in the scope of works for this service are:
1. Design and implementation of a data analytics system
2. Ongoing delivery of data analytics to Council
3. Design and delivery of:
1. A pre-canned "City at a glance" visualisation/s providing immediate access to the city's most important topics/trends.
2. Visualisations that provide immediate access to the most important topics/trends relevant to specific areas, functions, or branches of Council
3. Searchable functionality that allows access to relevant data for a specific request including the ability to filter results based on categories, location, customer sentiment and channel
4. Capability to create and generate reports
A key theme in Council's Customer Experience Strategy 2020 - 2024 is empowering the voice of the customer by perusing innovative ways to better understand what our customers and the community are saying and experiencing. Implementing a data analytics system will support Council in achieving this.
Current timelines indicate the tender will be released late-September 2022.
