Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This Registration of Interest (ROI) is an invitation to suitably qualified contractors to register their interest as Main Contractor for Refurbishment Works at Te Hapua School

Te Hapua School has 5YA funding in place to complete the following works:
• Re-clad and internal refurbishment existing 150m2 school Hall
• ILE Refurbishment of Classroom, Foyer/Breakout Space & Library
• Construction of new 35m2 deck
• Other minor internal works – Painting, Autex Composition etc

Timeframes for the Contract Works are:
i. Indicative start date: January 2023
ii. Indicative Due Date for Completion: June 2023
iii. The above timelines are indicative only, the school is flexible to suit contractor availability

Detailed Design is being completed & will be released for Tender after the ROI shortlist process is complete.
