Performance Program Management for Sydney Lunar Festival

⁠⁠⁠The Council of the City of Sydney ("Council") invites tenders for the carrying out of 2023 and 2024 Sydney Lunar Festival Performance Program Management with one 12-month option to extend to cover the 2025 event, in accordance with this Request for Tender.

An integral part of the Sydney Lunar Festival program is live performance. The City produces a community performance program, a roving program and lion dancing program to showcase work that celebrates the Lunar New Year, in which individuals and groups share their culture via dance, music, performances, traditions, and stories.

For each event within the Term, the successful Service Provider will program and manage the:
- Sydney Lunar Festival: Lunar Lanes Outdoor Stage Performance
- Sydney Lunar Festival: Lunar Spectacular Show
- Sydney Lunar Festival: Roving Street Performance
- Sydney Lunar Festival: Lion Dancing Program
