Tender Description
The objective is to establish a fit for purpose panel for customer service and payments delivery roles to support Service NSW to meet needs for crisis, disaster, stimulus, and other peaks in demand, for the best value for money.
To meet requirements for communities to be supported quickly in times of hardship when ‘surge’ effort is needed, Service NSW needs at times to complement its agency employees with resourcing from external suppliers.
The proposed customer service and payments delivery support panel aims to provide
1. Additional capacity for SNSW to provide timely telephone, online and in-person support to NSW communities impacted by disaster, crisis and hardship events through specialist customer service, business support, logistics, grants assessment and fraud response roles.
2. Ability to mobilise and rapidly deploy resources based on varying requirements for ‘surge’ support through a combination of online, telephone and in-person/onsite support at impacted locations across NSW.
3. Fit for purpose teams to deliver value for money customers service and payments support services.
