The Mental Health Commission (MHC) is seeking information from organisations or individuals who may have a suitable property they are willing to lease to a Non-Government Organisation (NGO) to provide the facility for the delivery of community alcohol and other drug support services for the Immediate Drug Assistance Coordination Centre (IDACC).

Respondents are to note that this Request for Information (RFI) is for the property lease only, and not for the provision of the Immediate Drug Assistance Coordination Centre services.

The MHC has released a separate Request MHC2022160 to the market seeking Offers for the IDACC Services, which also includes an option for Respondents to propose a suitable property to deliver these services (see www.tenders.wa.gov.au  Tenders WA | Display Tender mhc2022160  for further information).

The MHC is concurrently releasing this Request for Information (RFI) seeking information from organisations or individuals who may have a suitable property that could be utilised to deliver the IDACC services.
