Tender Description
The Department of Treasury and Finance is seeking to implement an annual coaching program to support the development of senior employees.
Key to the success of the program is ensuring that the selected coaches have the experience and knowledge to support DTF employees. A range of coaches is therefore required to ensure that employees can be matched with a coach who can relate to their specific needs and to ensure an effective coaching partnership.
