Tender Description
Uralla Shire Council invites suitably qualified parties to submit tenders for the refurbishment of The Glen reserve in Uralla NSW.
All enquiries, requests for clarification and tenders must be submitted through the Tenderlink portal.
Appointments for inspections may be made by calling Council on (02) 6778 6300.
Submitted tenders should:
- Indicate any inputs or resources required from Council
- A list of deliverables
- Insurance details
- Safety documentation
- Works schedule
- Itemised bill of quantities
- Details of relevant experience, and
- Delivery team details and qualifications.
Contract will be AS 4000.
Tenders close 8:00am on 1 October 2022 and works must be complete by 30 March 2023.
