Supply of Electricity to Contestable Sites and Street Lighting for Kyogle Council

⁠⁠⁠Description: Regional Procurement in association with EnergyAction will undertake a series of Reverse Auctions for the Supply of Electricity for Contestable Sites and Street Lighting on behalf of Kyogle Council.

1/ Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to register their intention to respond via the EnergyAction platform by the deadline 11.00 am Monday 12 September 2022.

2/ Auction specifications may be obtained from www.energyexchange.com.au
Responsibility for registration of intention to bid lies solely with the Bidder. Bid lodgement information is provided in the 'Invitation to Bidders' document attached to this notice.

Regional Procurement is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid submitted.

A series of reverse pricing auctions will be held by EnergyAction following the close of the auction registration period.
