Tender Description
The Queensland Government acting through the Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning on behalf of Economic Queensland is seeking Proposals for the delivery of Civil, Electrical & Landscape Works for Stages 4B and V at Carseldine Village
-Stage 4B - 25 terrace housing lots consisting of all associated civil, electrical and landscape works
-Stage V - Civil, electrical (including lighting and NBN/fibre) and landscape works to create four serviced development lots and new road for the Village Heart.
