Tender Description
The project consists of:-
- Relocation of Library to vacant supermarket tenancy.
- Decommission, make safe and remove redundant mechanical services in vacant supermarket tenancy.
- Air conditioning to all habitable areas.
- Mechanical ventilation to amenities.
- Printer exhaust systems.
- Mechanical services control systems for air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Coordination with all other Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
- Workshop drawings, As-Built drawings and manuals.
- Testing and commissioning.
- Maintenance for the defects liability period.
- Provision of Certificates as required by Statutory Authorities, etc.
- Training for Building Manager.
