⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2pm Tuesday 27 September 2022 for:

Council is seeking a contractor to operate and maintain its 5MW Solar Farm at Summerhill Waste Management Centre for a period of 3 years.

Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Tuesday, 13 September 2022 at 11am at Gate 2 at Summerhill Waste Management Centre, 141 Minmi Road, Wallsend NSW 2287. (Attendees must wear enclosed shoes and a hi-vis vest.)
