Fremantle Ports operates assets in a corrosive marine environment. The Majority of Fremantle Ports assets are aged and reaching its end of life. These two factors present Fremantle Ports with risks that needs to be actively and effectively managed.
Fremantle Ports is seeking a reliable and capable Consultant to determine the current condition of nominated Inner Harbour Berths.
The project objectives are:
- Complete an asset condition assessment of the nominated Inner Harbour berths, in accordance with Fremantle Ports Condition Assessment Manual (FPCAM) and additional requirements outlined in this scope.
- Complete an underwater visual assessment and ultrasonic thickness testing of nominated piles and sheet pile walls.
- Undertake a delamination survey of nominated berths.
- Undertake representative concrete testing of nominated berths.
- Undertake a risk assessment, within accordance with Fremantle Ports risk assessment criteria.
- Developed 'Remedial Scopes of Work' by grouping similar work together (includes recommendations, prioritisation, cost estimates and relevant photos).
