Tender Description
Santos operates several offshore facilities through the Varanus Island hub, with a number having reached the end of their operating life.
Harriet Alpha falls within this category of assets and is located in WA state waters approximately 6km North-East of Varanus Island.
Harriet Alpha was installed in 1986 and is an eight-legged steel jacket substructure fixed to the seabed via eight grouted sleeve/insert piles.
The topsides weigh approximately 2000 tonnes and the substructure (above seabed) weighs approximately 950 tonnes.
P&A activities are due to be completed on the 9 associated platforms wells in Q3 2022.
The scope of work for this package is as follows:
• Provision of all services and equipment to facilitate the full removal and disposal of the Harriet Alpha platform
