Tender Description

The Scope of Work is for the provision of design, supply and construction/ installation of a 500-man accommodation facility for the Greenbushes accommodation Village project. This includes the supply, manufacture, installation and commissioning of all amenities, infrastructure, accommodation units and central facilities.

SPECIFIC SCOPE REQUIREMENTS:

Contractors wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete works for the following:

• Survey and Setout of the works

• Earthworks, including cut to fill, haul to fill areas, compact cut or fill to provide correct grades

• Install civil drainage

• Supply and install underground services and associated infrastructure

• Supply and install transportable accommodation and messing facilities

• Supply and install village infrastructure,

• Provide landscaping, paving, footpaths, plants, shade and bbq areas
