Tender Description
Upper Lachlan Shire Council seeks a qualified contractor to construct the new amenities building at the Gunning Showground to improve the quality of the public amenities.
The works comprise the construction and commissioning of public toilets, a meeting room, small kitchen and store rooms together with ancillary siteworks on a clear site, the demolition of the exiting toilet block having been done by others.
The purpose of this request for tender is to seek value-for-money tenders and obtain quality and timely services in accordance with relevant legislation.
