The services include design and construction services in respect of the following works:
- Architectural services
- Civil and stormwater engineering (including civil ADF training range design);
- Structural engineering;
- Information and communications technology;
- Environmental and heritage reporting;
- Survey and geotechnical investigations;
- Weapons training ranges and TA planning, design and certification;
- Clearing of existing trees and vegetation;
- Demolition of the 400m environmental bullet catcher;
- Widening of the range floor between the 400m and 600m target banks;
- Extending the existing 500m and 600m target banks encompassing block work walls and concrete slabs;
- Extending the existing maintenance access roads;
- Extending the 600m environmental bullet catcher to encompass lanes 1 to 10;
- extending the existing stormwater culvert bank beneath the range floor;
- Alterations to the existing maintenance access roads;
- Provision of a new bioretention basin to take into consideration the range floor widening; and,
- Demolition of some existing range signage and replace with new range signage.
