Equipment Hire for Council Events

⁠⁠⁠Bayside Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide Equipment Hire for Council Events. The requirement includes delivery, installation and removal of equipment.

Council conducts a range of community events and celebrations each year to meet community requirements. These events are held in partnership with local commercial and community organisations at various locations and venues within the Bayside Council local government area.

A sample Council Events Calendar listing significant annual events conducted by Council is included in this Specification. The Events Calendar is subject to change and events may be added or removed from time to time. The Calendar is published with this Request for Tender (RfT) for information purposes only as an indication of the type, frequency and scale of Council events.

Each event can have complex requirements that may change as the event approaches. Contractors may be expected to provide services at very short notice and are expected to work cooperatively with Council staff and key stakeholders to ensure that each event operates successfully, meets Council requirements from start to finish and provides the community with the most positive experience possible.

This RfT is seeking to establish a panel of providers for a contract term of 5 years.
