Aurukun Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from Aurukun residents for mowing and cleaning of Chivaree Client yards.
The scope of work will involve the mowing and removal of all cut grass and debris. The footpath to the kerbside must also be mown and kept tidy. All refuse will need to be taken to the Aurukun waste facility to the designated green waste area. The contractor must supply all equipment.
The Council may also from time to time, request a quotation for other non-residential works.
This is an ideal opportunity for an Aurukun resident or family to commence a small business. There are up to 40 clients to assist and the regime for mowing will be dependent on seasonal factors.
