Tender Description
The objective of the Longford WTP Phase 2 FSA System Upgrade Project is to implement a project to further upgrade the existing FSA system by May 2023 to ensure full compliance to the Tasmanian Code of Practice for the Fluoridation of Public Water Supplies 2022.
The Longford WTP Phase 1 FSA System Upgrade Project was completed in June 2021 and included a new FSA bulk storage tank, day tank, associated electrical, instrumentation and SCADA works.
The Phase 2 Contract Works Scope covers the design, supply, fabrication, delivery, installation, integration, testing and commissioning necessary to provide a fully functional FSA System at the Longford WTP.
The Longford WTP Phase 2 FSA System Upgrade Project includes: new FSA bulk fill control panel, day tank weight platform, FSA dosing system, LCS panel, service water system, associated pipework, electrical, instrumentation and SCADA works.
The FSA system is located at the Longford WTP Fluoride room which is adjacent to the plant room.
The site location on which the Work under the Contract must be undertaken is Longford WTP, Lyttleton St, Longford, TAS 7301
A mandatory tender meeting will be held on site at 11:30am, Wednesday 7 September 2022. High visibility workwear, steel capped footwear, hard hats, safety glasses and gloves are required to be worn, with limited spares being available on site.
All tenders must complete and authorise the pricing and response schedules in both a native format and PDF format.
